Smoothie Bowls: An awesome opportunity to eat a healthy breakfast and also show off your artsy side!

We love smoothies as an alternative to coffee to give us a morning energy boost. This bowl has non-dairy milk such as almond milk to give protein and vitamin B, spinach for fiber and iron, coconut oil for the heart-healthy fats, banana for potassium, and berries, chocolate, chia seeds and goji berries to give you energy and all those antioxidants in the superfoods.

That sounds like everything you need to have a healthy and accomplished day, right?!

Dust off those creative juices and get your Instagram and Pinterest accounts ready for some seriously pretty creations.
