From CAP Beauty’s Kerrilynn and Cindy

With the start of Summer, we’re excited to see all the bright colors in Summer Fashion, delicious fresh Summer Produce, and host some awesome Outdoor Celebrations. The one thing we never look forward to are the problems of summer skin.

Our friends over at CAP Beauty have come to our rescue giving us their 5 picks for Summer skincare. Check out Co-Founders, Kerrilynn and Cindy’s recommendations right here, and be sure to stop by their amazing shop to check out all of their amazing natural beauty products and treatments.

1. In Fiore Soleil Fleur: Before Sun Treatment

We believe that main part of a healthy Summer skincare routine is eating as many plants as possible. And we also believe in applying those same antioxidants topically to the skin.

Wheatgerm, red raspberry and pomegranate seed oil act as powerful and natural sources of sun protection for topical application. This is a fantastic addition to your summer suncare strategy.

2. Leahlani Pualei: Coco Infusion

Hailing from Hawaii, this multipurpose infusion is great for body, skin or hair.

Loaded with Coconut Oil, kukui and macadamia oils, it’s hydrating and nourishing. Expect to be transported to the beach upon opening. (You don’t have to tell us twice!)

3. Tata Harper: Purifying Mask

For days when the air is thick and humid, we like to use this mask to purify and clarify the skin.

Probiotics, clay, willow bark and ferments thoroughly nourish the skin while cleansing deeply. We love it after a long commute, or to wake up and energize the skin.

4. Captain Blankenship: Mermaid Sea Salt Spray

Conjuring up the ocean, this spray hydrates and nourishes the hair and scalp.

Organic aloe vera and organic sea kelp power this salt spray, creating a beautiful beachy texture on demand.

5. Zoe Organics: Bug Repellent

A powerful combination of essential oils, this spray keeps bugs at bay.

Lavender, cedar wood, clove, lemon and eucalyptus make an effective spray that discourages bugs from hanging around. Keep a bottle on the porch for nights spent under the stars.
