It does a TON of amazing things for your body and your health – it is particularly excellent for arthritis, skin health, digestion, and the immune system (to name a few).
Since it has been so freakin’ cold recently, we can’t get enough of different kinds of teas and warm beverages so we’re here because we want to mix things up. Warm Spiced Golden Milk (recipe from by CHLOE. Chef Contributor, Lauren Kretzer) is the perfect way to do this.
It is simple to make and the ingredients help with inflammation, bloating + weight loss (2017 resolutions, we’re looking at you!).
So it’s basically the most perfect nightcap…ever.

Place all ingredients in a small pot and stir to combine.
Bring to a low boil. Immediately reduce heat to low and let simmer for 7-8 minutes, or until flavors have combined.
Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a mug and serve immediately.
