MAKES 1 PARFAIT
Parfaits are a party in a cup, thanks to their perfect salty, sweet, crunchy and creamy combination. Like a layered wedding cake, parfaits are pretty to look at (and Instagram) + yummy. Except, unlike a layered wedding cake, they are insanely easy to make, and HEALTHY TOO!

1/3 cup vegan granola (homemade or store bought – we love Trader Joe’s Organic Toasted Coconut Granola
1/2 cup sliced strawberries
1/2 cup raspberries
Pre-wash fresh strawberries and raspberries.
Alternate layers of granola, non-dairy yogurt, fresh strawberries and raspberries in a clear glass or medium sized mason jar.
Garnish with shaved dark chocolate, and almond butter.
Drizzle with raw agave nectar, as needed.
