INTO THE BUBBLE SNACK GUIDE
HEY! Have you heard of BUBBLE?! It’s kind of our newest, favorite-st thing. BUBBLE is an online, “culinary utopia” for healthy, delicious snacks, curated by a thoughtful team of conscious buyers. We’re launching our BUBBLE x by CHLOE. series, “Lookin’ Like a SNACK,” by giving you a selection of their hand-picked, favorite vegan food, each month. We’ve tried all of their recommendations and trust us, you’re gonna fall hard for these eats.
Pulp Pantry: A healthy take on granola, this “cereal” is made from the dehydrated pulp left over from juicing once the juice is removed from the whole fruit or vegetable. This one is made from leftover carrot pulp and is grain-free, and full of healthy fiber and prebiotics. It also happens to be a SUPER delicious fan favorite. As eco as it is appetizing.
Olive Tapenade: Aperitivo made easy! We put this small batch, artisanal olive tapenade out at every get together we have. We love that it’s hand made in Harlem with oil-cured Moroccan black olives, organic lemon juice, fresh garlic and rosemary. As great with crudite and it is spread onto your favorite veggie sandwich!
Eggplant Dip: This jar of eggplant dip is known to disappear as soon as it arrives in the office. We can’t get enough of the spicy Indian “salsa” on pretty much anything that we eat. We love to use it as a spread on toast or crackers, salad dressing, or even pasta sauce.
Siren Snacks: One of our go-to ways to get plant based protein! An easy alternative to a muffin on the go, these little bites have 12g of plant-based protein per pouch. We love their zesty lemon flavor for post work out breakfast, or a sweet afternoon pick me up.
Supernola: These Dragonfruit Lemon Clusters are a mainstay in our bag (and office drawers!). The easiest snack to keep around, this blend of tree nuts, seeds and superfoods is packed with anti-inflammatory benefits, and is paleo, vegan and gluten free!
