INGREDIENTS

1 quart almond milk

1/8 tsp ground turmeric

1/8 tsp sea salt

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

SPIKED*

8 oz No-Egg-Nog

1 oz rum

GARNISH

ground cinnamon

cinnamon stick

METHOD

Combine almond milk, turmeric, sea salt, and pumpkin pie spice in a quart container. Seal quart and shake very well.

SPIKED*

To spike, add 1 oz rum over ice in a rocks glass.

Pour in No-Egg-Nog (see above) and stir well.

NOTES + STORAGE

Garnish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon and serve with a cocktail straw.

Hosting a party? Double or triple the batch, add rum, and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Mix well before serving.
