Rainbowey Hempey Granolaey

GRANOLA

2 1/2 lbs organic rolled oats

1/2 lb organic cane sugar

2 Tbsp soybean oil

4 Tbsp brown rice flour

1 Tbsp whole flaxseed

3 Tbsp hemp seeds

1 Tbsp molasses

1/2 Tbsp sea salt

CBD-Infused CHOCOLATE

1 1/2 lbs dark chocolate

3 Tbsp CBD oil (we use TOAST)

PREP

Pre-heat oven to 375°F.

GRANOLA

Combine rolled oats, cane sugar, soy oil, brown rice flour, flaxseed, hemp seeds, molasses, and sea salt in a large mixing bowl.

Mix until well combined.

BAKE

Spread out granola in one even layer onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and bake in the over for 45 minutes.

Mix every 10 minutes to ensure even cooking.

CBD-Infused CHOCOLATE

Fill a saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil.

Place glass mixing bowl over the pot of boiling water.

Do not let the bowl and the water touch.

Add chocolate to the glass bowl and melt, stirring frequently until silky and smooth.

Remove from heat and add CBD oil.

Mix well to combine.

COMBINE

When granola is out of the oven, drizzle the CBD-Infused Chocolate on top.

Add in rainbow sprinkles to coat, as desired.

Let cool until chocolate hardens.

Rainbowey Hempey Granolaey can be stored in an air-tight container for up to one week.
