q: What precautionary steps is by CHLOE. taking to protect its customers and employees from COVID-19?

The safety of our guests and team members has always been our top priority. In light of COVID-19, we wanted to share the additional proactive steps we have taken: protective masks + gloves for all team members, hand-washing alerts for all team members at least every 30 minutes, daily temperature checks for all team members, strict food safety guidelines, increased frequency of sanitation + disinfection, social distancing markers throughout the stores, all guests are required to wear masks in our stores, all orders are pre-packaged + sealed, all utensils + condiments are no longer self-serve and will be pre-packed and provided in to-go bags, contact-free delivery + pick up through our app and delivery partners, for any sick employees, by CHLOE. will be covering the cost of doctor visits and extending paid sick time. We will continue to follow all recommendations provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Public Health, World Health Organization, local and federal government and other credible agencies to ensure everyone’s safety

In light of COVID-19, we wanted to share the additional proactive steps we have taken: protective masks + gloves for all team members, hand-washing alerts for all team members at every hour, daily temperature checks for all team members, strict food safety guidelines, increased frequency of sanitation + disinfection, social distancing markers throughout the stores, all orders are pre-packaged + sealed, all utensils + condiments are no longer self-serve and available on request, card only payment for the safety of our guests. Dine-in tables are limited to a maximum of 6 guests at a time with reduced seating to ensure a safe distance of 1m apart. Contactless pick-up and ordering is available via our website. For any sick employees, the by CHLOE. London team will have access to a Medical app via our partner Perkbox to offer assistance.

q: Can I still enjoy by CHLOE. during the current global pandemic?

Yes, we are happy to serve you during this time! Many of our stores are accepting delivery orders and are open for contact-free pick up. Be on the lookout for promos and discounts on our app!

q: Are there modified hours or closings I need to be aware of due to COVID-19?

a:

Yes, our stores are now operating on a modified schedule. In NYC, stores are open from 10am – 8pm. Our West Village, Fashion District, Union Square and Midtown East locations are temporarily closed. In Canada our Yorkdale location is temporarily closed. In London, our One Tower Bridge and Oxford Circus stores are open from 10am – 10pm. Our Covent Garden and O2 locations are temporarily closed. q: How is by CHLOE. giving back to essential workers during this time?

In the US, we are proud to partner with Support + Feed, an initiative created by our friend Billie Eilish’s mother, Maggie Baird to give back to hospitals, shelters and others affected by COVID-19. You can make a monetary contribution on our online ordering page and we’ll handle the delivery. Click here for more information. In the UK, we are happy to offer 50% off for National Health Service workers. In addition, our NYC, London and Canada teams have initiated regular food drops to hospitals and NHS workers.

q: Is your menu 100% vegan?

by CHLOE. is 100% vegan + plant-based. Our menu is free of meat, dairy and egg products and contains no saturated animal fats, cholesterol, artificial flavors, and/or preservatives.

q: What is your reservation policy?

a:

Unfortunately, we do not accept reservations. All seating is on a first come first serve basis.

q: What’s going on with delivery?

a:

Our NYC locations offer direct delivery through our app and website. We also deliver though Postmates, Caviar, UberEats, GrubHub and DoorDash. Our UK locations offer delivery through Deliveroo. Our CA location is temporarily closed. Customers may pre-order online for contact-free pick-up in-store, through our website or app. Additionally, we cannot accept any orders via phone or email.

q: What is the best way to contact by CHLOE.?

For all general inquiries and/or immediate assistance, it’s best to email hello@eatbychloeuk.com for all UK related inquiries, and hello@eatbychloe.com for all USA and CA related inquiries. For all press inquiries, please email press@eatbychloe.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to answer the phone during normal operating hours, so email is best.

q: Does by CHLOE. offer any nut-free menu items?

Yes. We do offer nut-free options. While by CHLOE. is proud to offer menu items with nut-free ingredients, by CHLOE. is not a nut-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of nuts. q: Does by CHLOE. offer any soy-free menu items?

Yes! We do offer some menu items that are soy-free and we do not use soy oil. While by CHLOE. is proud to offer menu items with soy-free ingredients, by CHLOE. is not a soy-free environment. Due to the handcrafted nature of our menu and our use of shared cooking and prep areas, we cannot assure you that our restaurant environment or any menu item will be completely free of soy. Yes. We have a selection of gluten-free offerings. While by CHLOE. is proud to offer menu items with gluten-free ingredients, by CHLOE. is not a gluten-free environment. Yes. by CHLOE. is certified kosher by International Kosher Council (IKC) under the supervision of Rabbi Zev Schwartz. Our UK and CA locations are not certified kosher.

All of our stores have a full list of ingredients and allergens for all our products, available on request.

Much of our to-go packaging at by CHLOE. is recyclable and/or compostable.

q: Cash-free? WHY?

All of our NYC, Providence, and LA locations are cash-free. All locations accept all major credit and debit cards. Going cash-free means faster service for you, reduces our carbon footprint, and lets us embrace new technology. Download and pay through our app!
